COVID-19

PLEASE NOTE due to COVID-19: You may experience slight delays due to widespread shipping restrictions and screening both for US and International orders. Please don't worry as all orders will be delivered regardless.

How long will it take to get my order?

Processing Time:
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 - 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.

Standard Shipping Time:
United States: 7 - 10 business days
Canada: 10 - 15 business days
Australia: 10 - 20 business days
New Zealand: 10 - 20 business days
Rest of the World: 15 - 25 business days

How do I track my order?

Tracking number has no update?

If your order has just shipped please allow 1-3 business days for tracking to update in the system.

If your order shows the 1st tracking scan, but has since not updated, then don't panic - the gap between the 1st and 2nd scan is 90% of the transit time. This does not mean your order is delayed .

Can I cancel my order?

All orders are processed within 24 hours or less. If you would like to edit or cancel your order, you can contact us at https://nouveouhouse.com/pages/contact-us within 24 hours of order placement to cancel your order and we will do our best to help.

If 24 hours has passed since you placed your order, unfortunately it will already be processed by then and we cannot refund you your order.

Can I change my address?

Please let us know within 24 hours if you want to change your address. If 24 hours has passed since you placed your order, unfortunately, it may have been processed already and we cannot change it anymore.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Does it come with a charger?

Yes it comes with a universal USB charger.

How long should i charge it for?

The first time before using, you should charge it for 6 hours.

Then place on charge as needed for 3-6 hours.

I used it but it didn't suck anything out?

For the best results we recommend following these steps:

  1. Steam your face to open the pores. This can be done with a steamer, hot shower or hot/wet cloth on your face.
  2. Dry your face off and begin using the Microdermabrasion Kit. It is recommended to start with the lowest setting. Be sure to use in sweeping/gliding motions. Don't just hold over an area as it may cause bruising. Don't let it stay on one spot for more than 3 seconds.
  1. Slight redness is normal, wash your face off with cold water to close the pores when finished.

Can the power level be adjusted?

Yes, it has 3 settings. It is recommended to start off with the lowest level and test it on your skin. Gradually increase as needed.

I can't feel any warmth or micro-currents?

The 4 metal points are designed to release warmth and micro-currents to help increase blood circulation and absorption of serum or moisturizer.

If you cannot feel this effect on the highest setting, then you may be using the wrong serum or moisturizer.

For the best effect, we suggest using a WATER based serum or moisturizer, this will enhance the feeling/effect of the micro-currents.

What are the wavelength of the lights?

Red light: 630nm

Green light: 530nm

Blue light: 475nm

Orange light: 600nm

Pink light: 420nm

Can I use all 4 lights one after the other within 1 session?

Yes you can swap lights in a single session to get a wider range of benefits! 

Avoid using for longer then 10-20 minutes in a session as it may irritate the skin with overuse.

Can I be exposed to the sun after using the device?

We suggest using the LED Rejuvenation Wand in the evening to avoid harsh sun exposure right after using.

Is it normal to feel a zap or stinging sensation upon using?

Yes, the 4 metal tips release micro-currents to help the absorption of serums.

This micro-current sensation can be felt especially when using a water based serum, which is recommended.

Is this for the face only or can you use it on other parts of your body?

Our wand is designed for the Face and Neck only.

Can I use more than one light treatment every session?

Yes, you can use one light treatment for 10 minutes and then use another light treatment for 10 minutes. The ideal thing is to not use one light treatment for more than 10 minutes at a time.
